Before embarking on a career in human resources, he had the privilege of serving as a Flight Lieutenant in the Air Force. During that time, he honed essential skills such as leadership, adaptability, and a strong commitment to teamwork. The fast-paced and demanding nature of the aviation industry taught him to think on feet, make critical decisions under pressure, and prioritize the safety and well-being of the team. His one of the most fulfilling experiences took place in December 2003 where he played a critical role as Chief of Air Staff Commendation in a live rescue operation, where he demonstrated exceptional bravery and skill. His heroic actions not only resulted in the successful extraction and saved the lives of two individuals but also served as an inspiration to his fellow officers and the wider community.

After some time in the Air Force, Mr. Rajeev transitioned into the field of human resources, driven by his passion for cultivating an environment where individuals can thrive, and organizations can flourish. In his remarkable career span of 25 years, he has contributed in diverse industries like Defence, Steel, Textile, Pharma, and Glass Packaging.

Among his notable achievements, Mr. Rajeev takes pride in establishing and scaling up a Skilling Center from scratch, training and placing more than 10,000 individuals annually. His Center was recognized with the prestigious "Skilling India Award 2014" by CII for its outstanding contribution in training the highest number of female associates.

Additionally, the ground-breaking achievement of Mr. Rajeev where he got Global recognition in transformative HR technology is, SAP-ACE award bestowed by SAP. Mr. Rajeev led a transformative HR technology project that revolutionized the organization and received global recognition. The award served as a testament to the organization's commitment to leveraging technology to drive organizational change and achieve superior HR outcomes. It showcased the organization's ability to embrace innovation and harness the power of HR technology to stay ahead in rapidly changing world.
