He   brings with him excellent understanding of world class HR systems and processes with proven ability to implement and maintain them.

He is a seasoned professional, highly experienced in organization development & effectiveness, talent management, HR operations, employee relations, change management and leadership development. This experience spans across industry verticals like Automotive, Metal, Packaging, Process Solutions & Technology, Global Design & Delivery Centers and Agri input Industry.

Apurv holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management from BSS, Bhopal and MBA from SIBM, Pune. Specializing in HR, he is also a PDI certified coach, six sigma green belt and a trained change practitioner.
