Mr. Rajesh Dhaktode

Mr. Rajesh Dhaktode has 30+ years business management experience. He started his journey as a Chef and later as a Chef Manager. He joined International Cruise liners and was in Operations and HRD Department. Rajesh is Hotel Management Graduate and Masters in Finance and HRD. He also has International Fellowship in HRD and OD. He is certified Trainer, Mentor Counsellor from TISS and TCI Germany.

He has rich experience in setting up HRD departments in Hospitality & Tourism organizations. Last he was associated as VP – HRD at Adlabs Entertainment limited.

Presently he is a Director in few noted HRD, Training & Hospitality companies. His passion is education and skill training for which he is known for, he has guided many students and shaped many professionals’ careers. He is also a writer with book named #gethired to his credit available on Amazon.
