He serves as the mainstay in developing the company’s human capital to enhance overall organizational effectiveness to deliver strategic priorities of the business. An avid reader and adventure sports lover, he is a guest faculty at various business schools and has also authored various articles in leading HR magazines. Mr. Mishra has worked in various roles in Tata Power, Suzlon Energy and Matix Fertilisers.
