Exceptional track-record of heading HR functions at factory, regional and corporate levels in large companies. Repeatedly executed significant strategic and operational value addition in business restructuring, talent management, acquisition of skill sets, employee engagement, organizational development, systems and process optimisation, setting up green field projects, pro-active employee relations and in instituting robust people processes. Proven success in facilitating business transformations in domestic and international markets with a “can-do” conviction coupled with tenacity, rigor and creativity.

Started his career as a Management Trainee with Philips and then went on to work with Pepsico, SABMiller, post which headed HR for Heinz and Emami Limited before moving to Gurgaon as CHRO for Amway India.
