Mr. Shujaul Rehman

Mr. Shujaul Rehman is the CEO of Garware Technical Fibres Ltd, a listed Nifty 300* company that is one of India’s leading players in the technical textiles sector with customers across 75 countries. Under his diligent and visionary stewardship, the company has not only been ranked among the Top 50 Great Places to Work in India but has also emerged as a top-rung value creator with profitable growth propelled by innovative solutions.

High on emotional quotient with a strong ability to spot and nurture talent, Rehman is known for driving results with compassion. He was recently awarded CEO of the year 2022 by the Economic Times in the Polymer category and is also the Vice-Chairman of the CII Pune Zonal Council for the year 2022 – 23.

By qualification, Rehman is an MBA from the Faculty of Management Studies & Research – AMU, Aligarh, and an alumnus of the Harvard Business School’s Advanced Management Program. He has over 25 years of extensive cross-functional expertise with a demonstrated history of successful business transformations and rich exposure to Indian and Global markets. Earlier he has held leadership roles in Marico Ltd, Cadbury’s India, and Ceat Tyres.
