Ms. Latha Iyer

Latha Iyer is the CHRO of Zaggle with close to 17 years of all-rounded experience and expertise in multiple dimensions of Human Resources. She has designed and deployed several HR, OD and Change management initiatives and is adept in scaling businesses, organization design, talent management, capability building, rewards, and culture transformation.

Prior to joining Zaggle, Latha has held various HR leadership positions in organizations like Epigamia, Reliance Industries, Herbalife Nutrition, Nielsen, and Kantar group (WPP). Latha is a post-graduate in Human Resources from Symbiosis University and a commerce graduate from Mumbai University.
