Since founding the company in 1990, he has driven its growth from a small consultancy to a major player in financial inclusion and digital services across India. Born in Kota, Rajasthan, he holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce and is a Chartered Accountant. Under his leadership, Vakrangee has developed into India's largest last-mile distribution platform, significantly enhancing access to banking and digital services in underserved areas. Mr. Nandwana's visionary leadership has earned him numerous accolades, including the CA Entrepreneur Path Breaker Award in 2017.

During his education and early career he discovered his interest in information technology and its application to improve governance and direct-to-citizen services.

Mr. Nandwana has been instrumental in moulding Vakrangee from a modest consultancy company to a prominent force to be reckoned with. Under his vision, Vakrangee has emerged as the “Go To Market Platform” for various Business vertical including Fintech and Digital platforms. Vakrangee is Building India’s Largest Last Mile Distribution Platform emerging as the Physical plus Digital Eco-system with a PAN INDIA Presence, thereby driving Financial, Social and Digital Inclusion to the unserved & underserved parts of the country.

Vakrangee has today emerged One of India's largest Financial Inclusion player with more than 14,000 Banking BC points player providing AEPS based Biometric enabled BC Banking services and currently 4th Largest ATM operator in Rural India with 6,487 ATMs.

Vakrangee currently has 21,653 Vakrangee Kendra outlets spread across 31 States & UTs, 571 districts and 5,444 postal codes. 83% outlets in Tier 4 & 6 locations (as on 31st March, 2024).

Vakrangee Vision 2030 target is to reach 3 lakh + outlets along with Minimum 15,000+ ATMs.  Vakrangee plans is to achieve a Revenue target of US$ 1 Billion by 2030 along with a Gross Transaction Value of more than US$ 150 Billion.

Mr. Nandwana has received a CA Entrepreneur Path Breaker Award 2017 by Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and memento from the former Honourable President of India, Late Shri Shankar Dayal Sharma in 1996. Additionally, he is recipient of the ‘CA Business Leader - SME (3rd Rank)’ award by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India for the year 1997.
